Dental Heating Electronics – Hybrid EMS Assembly by BHC
For this advanced dental root canal filling system, BHC provided the electronic manufacturing and hybrid assembly of the heating control electronics and sensor modules used in the device. The system is designed to deliver precise thermal control for 3D root canal filling, ensuring reliable sealing throughout the full length of the probe.
The device uses a flexible probe combined with a micro-heating chamber, enabling fast heating, precise temperature regulation and efficient workflow during dental procedures. Through BHC’s Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), OEM and ODM assembly, advanced hybrid heating modules and electronic control systems were integrated to achieve stable performance and reliable temperature control.
BHC assembled the electronics using SMD and conventional electronic assembly techniques combined with hybrid thick-film Al₂O₃ temperature sensors and heater elements. This technology ensures fast heating response, accurate thermal control and long-term reliability required in professional dental and medical equipment.
The result is a highly precise electronic heating module suitable for demanding medical applications where safety, reliability and repeatable performance are essential.
