Material Analysis Sensor

This hybrid sensor substrate combines thick-film heater technology, an integrated precision sensor and a high-grade Al2O3 ceramic carrier for ultra-fast heating and cooling cycles. With bondable gold metallization, laser-marked identification codes and precise conductor layouts, BHC enables OEM customers to integrate compact sensor modules into high-end laboratory systems.
