Mesopic Public Lighting LED Modules – EMS Manufacturing by BHC
For this advanced public lighting system, BHC provided the electronic manufacturing and assembly of the LED modules and control electronics used in the Nicole luminaire platform. The lighting system is designed for urban infrastructure such as residential streets, parking areas and roadways, with luminaires available in power ranges from 10 to 190 watts.
Through BHC’s Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), OEM and ODM assembly, high-precision LED modules were produced using specialized component selection and hybrid module integration. The lighting electronics support multiple light spectra, including RGB, white and amber light, enabling optimized lighting conditions for different urban environments.
The luminaires are designed for pole heights between 6 and 18 meters and are available in different models such as Mini and Maxi, allowing municipalities and infrastructure projects to apply efficient lighting solutions for pedestrian paths, residential streets and highways.
BHC’s expertise in LED module assembly, binning selection and electronic integration ensures reliable performance, long operational lifetime and consistent lighting quality for demanding outdoor infrastructure applications.
