To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with several years of experience who wants to develop at the intersection of technology, innovation, and commercial growth.
The Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will start within our R&D department. This allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of our products, technologies, and internal processes. You will contribute to technical development projects, support engineering challenges, and build a strong technical foundation.
From this position, you will gradually grow into a more customer-facing and commercially focused role, where you will:
- Translate technical requirements into practical solutions
- Advise customers on technical matters
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals
- Identify new business opportunities and market developments
- Contribute to the strategic growth of BHC EMS
This role offers clear career progression towards an independent sales position with increasing responsibility and ownership of customer relationships.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent) in a technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or similar)
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical affinity combined with commercial interest
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude with ambition to grow into a commercial role
